It is located in a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and can accommodate up to 2 people. Up to 1 pet is allowed (pet fee: 2,000 yen. Only pets that are toilet trained are allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in and self check-out. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town. It is a place where you absolutely need a car to go shopping or to restaurants. Within a 20-minute drive to each of Niseko's ski resorts. 30 minutes by car to Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (roadside station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. ※ An accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night is included in the accommodation fee.

Annupuri Onsen Chalet #1 is located in the Royal Town Onsen Village just a one minute drive Annupuri and Mowai Ski Resorts. Featuring large floor to ceiling views of a private forest out the back, and Annupuri & Nito range views from the front bedrooms.

Shiki #2 : 3 bedroom + tatami townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2023/24 winter. The ground floor has an internally accessed garage as well as laundry and ski storage area. The middle floor is open plan with the large kitchen, toilet and dining area and lounge with great views of Mt.Yotei. There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area if the number of guests are more than 6. The top floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a Japanese tatami room with sliding doors that can be used as a sleeping area.

Aster B - 3 Bedroom Townhouse

Please note this property will not come with a vehicle for the 2025/26 winter. Aster is a sunny 3 bedroom townhouse that has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in one of the snowiest places on earth. The accommodation enjoys a wide open village outlook with glimpses of Mount Yotei from the top floor. The large windows let in plenty of light and there is a covered deck off the lounge to enjoy barbecues in the summer time.

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these brand new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 10 people (8 on beds and 1-2 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Built in 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is fully furnished.

Kabayama Townhouse#2

Please note this property no longer comes with a vehicle. Located in Kabayama, just outside of Hirafu village, these new townhouses enjoy views of Mt Yotei and Mt Annupuri. Each townhouse can sleep up to 9 people (8 on beds and 1 sofa bed). The living area has an alcove that opens up to a lawn area for BBQs in summer. Completed in 2018 each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen and is fully furnished.

The nearest spots are Niseko Ski Resort, Onsen (hot springs), rafting, autumn foliage spots, etc. Use this as a base to enjoy Niseko. Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car. Please come by car. Rooms are bunk bed rooms. Perfect for couples and solo travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilet. Shower is shared. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for long term stays.
