Vacation rentals with a patio in Absam

Very clean and cozy apartment near the city centre. Had everything you need. Grocery store only few steps away. Communication with the owner was very easy. Recommended!

Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

Christian is kind, communicates quickly and well, the accommodation is nice, tidy, close to the train station, we will be happy to come again.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! The place was very much nice, clean and tidy. The Mountain view was splendid. The proactive information provided about the parking and directions to the house and the support provided by the host was simply great!

The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

There were five of us, very nice days in the house. The house has a wonderful charm and it lacks nothing for a relaxed togetherness and a rest from everyday life. The environment of the house is excellent for an outdoor breakfast, the others to breathe through, in the already noticeable fresh mountain air. The house has a great location and charisma, so you don't actually have to get away at all. We will definitely be back, it's the ideal place for our next family reunion

The house is really super nice and modernly furnished. The view is simply breathtaking. In addition, we have never been to a place that has been so spotlessly clean. The communication with Andi was great and the check-in very warm. Everything was made child-proof for our little daughter, and all sockets are secured. Changing table, high chair and baby bed were also provided. We were completely satisfied and had a great vacation!

The view directly of the Zugspitze is unique! A very friendly and family atmosphere. We were very warmly welcomed and had a great time!

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.
