My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Wat hebben wij het getroffen bij Tenuta Verde. Monica en Daniele zijn gastvrouw en heer pur sang. Alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. Warm welkom bij aankomst, een welkomspakket waarmee je de eerste avond en ochtend mee doorkomt. Alle vorige lovende recensies zijn helemaal waar. Tips over de omgeving wat er te doen is naast de grote bezienswaardigheden en waar je lekker kan eten en het beste ijs kunt kopen. Warme persoonlijkheden die altijd voor je klaar staan. Daniele kwam zelfs 2 keer eigengemaakte wijn brengen, heerlijk. Het huis is zo fijn "thuiskomen" na een lange dag weg. Heerlijk de rust in de tuin en om het huis. We missen het nu al. Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt- absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im La Dogana. Martha und Fabio kümmern sich mit so viel Herz und Aufmerksamkeit um ihre Gäste - diese Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, der Garten ist traumhaft; wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Vielen lieben Dank an Martha und Fabio für diese besonders schöne Zeit, auch von unserem Hund MAX

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

Die Lage und insbesondere die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichleiten. Das Bett, die Matratze und die Kopfkissen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Küche ist sehr groß, ist einfach ausgestattet und biete alles, um umfangreich kochen zu können. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, sowohl im Haus, als auch um das Haus herum sind viele verwinkelte Stufen. Das WLAN ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato e si trova in una posizione perfetta per sciare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono posti per mangiare ma ha anche tutto l'occorrente per cucinare, particolarmente apprezzata la presenza di condimenti e di the e caffè. Andrea è stato un host super disponibile e molto veloce nel rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Wir wurden von Marinella sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann – das war super hilfreich! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, die jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Wenn irgendetwas war, war Marinella sofort zur Stelle und hat sich liebevoll gekümmert. Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Zeit und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. "Charming Jewel" is squeaky clean and centrally located within easy walking distance of popular historical sites, as well as high-end shopping. It is tastefully furnished and includes lovely kitchen supplies and ample towels. My favorite aspect of "Charming Jewel" is the tall and expansive windows. In terms of communication, Riccardo is efficient and attentive. "Charming Jewel" is the peaceful, luxurious retreat I will now recommend to fellow Firenze travelers and where I'll stay when I return!

My stay at Antonio's Airbnb was an absolute dream, largely thanks to their incredible hospitality and super communicative nature. From the moment I booked, he was on top of everything, providing clear instructions and quickly answering any questions I had. But what truly set this experience apart were the thoughtful, personal touches. The curated playlist waiting for me was the perfect soundtrack to my trip, and their insider recommendations on local hotspots led me to some truly hidden gems I would never have discovered otherwise. It felt less like a rental and more like visiting a friend who genuinely wanted me to have the best time in Florence. I highly recommend Antonio's place for anyone looking for a seamless, enriching, and truly memorable stay!

It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. Thank you thank you thank you.

Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu kochen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war perfekt und wir durften sogar früher ein- und später auschecken. Das Bad war klein, aber funktional. Leider war uns nachts trotz Klimaanlage zu warm, da das Bett direkt unter das Dach gebaut ist. Die Wasserpumpe war zudem recht laut (auch wenn kein Wasser lief). Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man kein Problem mit steilen Treppen hat :)

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

We loved our stay. It was a beautiful place to relax during our travels.
