Being a solo traveller it can sometimes be so daunting going somewhere new… as soon as I arrived at Westacott Farm I had a feeling of safety and familiarity. Hattie’s hut had everything and more that you could need for a relaxing weekend getaway with the added warm welcome of a bottle of wine & chocolate from Bridget and her family ❤️ I had the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time and the campsite is in the perfect location to hike the South West costal path, along with the local pub which is run by the friendliest landlord. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect weekend away. Thank you Bridget x

The Sparrows is a superb property for a break or holiday away. Beautiful location with amazing views and sunrises. Wonderful to watch the vast variety of garden birds. Great location. The property is well equipped, beautifully maintained and furnished, cosy and comfortable. Susie and Sally are fabulous hosts, very attentive and helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. What a lovely welcome with a milk in the fridge and a most delicious baked brownie ! Thoroughly recommend “ The Sparrows” !! Absolutely fantastic!

Bigger than it looks in the pictures. Well equipped. Large, comfortable bed. Quiet, but conveniently close to a main road and shops. Generous welcome package, including a variety of fruit and fresh flowers.
