Monthly Rentals in Abação (São Tomé)

Lovely property which was quiet and secluded. Facilities and aircon excellent also. If I have any criticism there could have been better communication re fixtures and appliances, bins, recycling, etc. The instruction to access the keys was excellent though not all of us are familiar with electronic gates! The water pressure is not great for showering despite taking it in turns and the toaster tripped the fuse to the whole kitchen on arrival which was interesting trying to find the fuse board to put it right though Rodrigo did respond to our call quickly. On balance a lovely place and would consider visiting again.

The stay was perfect. The house is beautiful and very cozy in a very nice and very quiet environment. Vania is a wonderful host. Very attentive; every morning I left fresh bread at the door of the house. My daughters and husband enjoyed the pool. Fantastic weekend. We'll do it again for sure.

Great location, beautiful building with great service and amenities. Great Host’s hospitality, very comfortable relations, peaceful and private accommodation. If you want to enjoy the historic center, environment, culture and gastronomy in the city, you cannot go wrong at this location. You don’t even need a car and Uber works well, and there is a bus stop right across the doorstep. Excellent service team take care of everything including suggestions, directions and recommendations. Very friendly and personable. Host provides recommendations about everything nearby such as restaurants, parking, attractions, groceries, etc. We definitely highly recommend this place, and for sure we will be back very soon.
