Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aarau

This time we are a few Chinese people from different countries who came here, the host wants to say that the location is perfect, the surrounding scenery and human culture, including the host himself, are all very perfect. My favorite country is Switzerland. It's perfect.

The entire second floor apartment, huge space, comfortable rooms, kitchen, dining room, clean as new, the host couple is great, friendly, detailed explanation of the facilities and check-in, the nearby supermarket price is very good, if you have the opportunity to go to Switzerland, I highly recommend staying.

Me and my friends loved our stay at Judith's and Simon's place. It is such a lovely old style chalet, very well equipped, and so cozy, that we felt right at home. The hosts are also such nice people and welcoming. Staying here definitely made our roadtrip to Switzerland more special. We definitely recommend it.

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

We wanted peace and quiet and that’s exactly what we got. Ines’ place is a dream. It’s located in a small village with a drive through the beautiful Schwarzwald forest. There is a small grocery store down the street with a meat market next to it and a bakery across from it. Not too far away are bigger grocery stores and shopping centers but we didn’t even find a need for those. The location is ideal for day trips to France and even Switzerland and returning to the tranquility of the house after a long day of exploring was wonderful. The host lives next door if you need anything but the rest of the house is surrounded by meadows and trees as far as the eye can see. The stars light up the sky at night, and sitting outside to watch them was a treat. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Spacious accommodation with space for a larger group. The dining area is a bit tight, but it was just enough for our group of 8 people. The rooms are very nice and the pictures correspond to reality. You're in a commercial area where you don't disturb anyone around. Communication worked well and check-in and check-out was very easy and straightforward with a key box. Only some kitchen utensils were not quite clean, with the rest we are very satisfied. :-)

Very nice place to stay, which doesn't even come across in full beauty in the photos! We look forward to the next stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Roland was amazing, paying great attention to every detail and making sure we felt right at home. The warm welcome we received was truly appreciated. The view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We’re so happy we found this little gem and would definitely love to come back!

We really enjoyed this enchanting top location, where you can find peace, nature and a magnificent view. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you needed and Iris is a great hostess, where you feel welcome and she provides tips, even arranged the sauna towels for us for a day of wellness nearby. Nice area with idyllic villages, but especially beautiful nature. For us, it felt like a magical place where we could completely relax and enjoy ourselves from the first day. Thank you so much Iris! You're a top woman! We'd love to come back ;-)))

Stay of just over two weeks in this comfortable (east-facing) and absolutely quiet apartment. What a pity, however, that the superb terrace with an area of about 25 m2, not overlooked, overlooking the Jura mountains, does not allow you to have meals there because of the absence of an umbrella and a table large enough for at least two people! Nevertheless we were delighted, because the house is in a very good location and the host is friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Denisa and Dan’s home as a family of five. The space was bright, clean, and incredibly spacious — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend it to others, especially families traveling together!

The Airbnb is very, very nice and very clean, I felt right at home. The view is beautiful and the kitchen and bathroom are also beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and you can reach the accommodation by car very easily and it also has parking spaces in front of the accommodation. It's also close to the city.

Everything in the Airbnb was spotless clean, surfaces of tables and beds were spotless too! The host was responsive and had answered all of our questions with informative responses and had replied us quickly as well.

For lovers of small towns and very calm and quiet holidays. You won't find any nightlife or any urban bustle here. In general, this is what we were looking for.

Barbara’s place was very well equipped, clean and felt very homely!! The view from the balcony is also very beautiful! Strongly recommend it!

Our family had a great stay at Tina’s place. The home was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe. All the necessary amenities were provided, including fresh towels, clean bed sheets, and linens. My daughter especially loved the cozy bunk bed—it was a big hit! We would definitely recommend Tina’s place to anyone who doesn’t mind a short bus ride from the main station.

We had been looking for a modern apartment for our holiday on Lake Lucerne for a long time and then came across Roshan's great Scandinavian furnished, bright and friendly apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, it has everything you need - compact, high-quality and cozy. Mattress is excellent, we slept super well. The roof terrace is beautifully located towards the forest hill and you can hear a lot of nature. That's really great. The roof in the back protects you from the sounds of the road and railway tracks by the lake. The communication was exemplary and super friendly! You can quickly walk to the lake, boat, train and in the village with baker, butcher and Lidl. Logistically top location! We highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

We had a very nice time with Rita. My 6-year-old daughter was very warmly welcomed by Rita and taken directly to the yard. There you can drive a small tractor. There was also a small wooden farm and other small toys in the apartment. So for a vacation with children, it's just really nice. I highly recommend it.

We were allowed to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. The pool and the nearby Rhine were ideal for cooling off. In addition to the comfortable bed, we also appreciated the other high-quality amenities. It was right from A-Z, thank you so much

Spacious, sparkling clean apartment with modernized bathroom. Very fast contact and processing of our request, super flexible in terms of the apartment. All in all a round thing!

Great and beautiful remote location to find some peace and quiet in the Schwarzwald!

It was a beautiful and peaceful place with an outside table with chairs. It is as described and when we ran into a problem with a broken iPhone lead they helped us straightway. We are extremely grateful for it all
