Our vacation home, the Waterlooze Werve, is located just outside Aagtekerke in the middle of the countryside with a wide view of the dunes of Zoutelande and Westkapelle. Because of its central location, the cozy places such as Veere and Domburg are within easy reach. You will also be on the beach in a short time. The old city of Middelburg is close by to go shopping. The island of Walcheren offers plenty of activities for young and old! Arrival/departure not possible on Sundays. June-September can only be booked per week

(with Chromecast) Lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and a table where you can have breakfast in the sun. Private parking space. Private entrance (small door) but also patio doors to the terrace. From the house, you overlook the spacious, green garden and enjoy the peace and space. The sun-drenched beaches of Zeeland are just a stone's throw away, and in 5 minutes you can cycle to the bustling seaside resort of Domburg. The house has been completely renovated and can accommodate 4 people + baby. Equipped with every comfort, ideal for a relaxing vacation by the sea.

Do you want to enjoy cycling through the ‘cycling province’ of the Netherlands, long walks (with your dog) along the sea or just relax on the beaches and the many beach pavilions? Boutique Casita makes it happen! Please note that the rental price is exclusive of the following costs: - Dog fee: €30 per day per dog. - Tourist tax: €2.42 per day per person. - In the months of December, January, February, and March, gas consumption is charged additionally at a rate of €1.50 per m³.

Studio dune house, 100m to the beach

studio duinhuis ...the specially designed wooden house with fireplace is located on the hill opposite the Badpaviljoen, 100 m away from the ascent to the beach! It is my life's dream to live with a small studio by the sea and to welcome people to the guest house in the garden. The typical Zeeland house opens its windows to the outside onto a sunny wooden terrace. You can hear the sea up to here. A cozy sleeping gallery makes the house special. Your own sauna can be booked!

Just outside Aagtekerke, in a quiet and rural location, is our beautiful, detached vacation home! With stunning views of the countryside and in the background the dunes of Zoutelande. The house is 30 meters from our house. The vacation home with floor heating has all the comforts. With large fenced garden facing south. Bike rental and supermarket 1 km away. Not far from Aagtekerke are the cozy seaside resorts: Domburg (2.3 km) Westkapelle (5.8 km) Zoutelande (6.1 km)

Studio Domburg, with its central and quiet location, offers you the ideal base from which to explore Domburg and its surroundings. This beautiful 2-person studio is tastefully and modernly decorated and has a spacious veranda on the south. When the sun shines, you can enjoy it all day long. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, floor heating and bathroom with rain shower. Towels, made-up beds and free parking in Domburg are included in the price.

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

On the edge of Aagtekerke, with the dunes of Zoutelande in the distance, near the atmospheric Domburg, lies our wooden vacation home. An original Swedish holiday home with spacious garden. Large lawn with some fruit trees, hammock and different seats. BBQ available. The cottage is equipped with all comforts. Domburg beach is 2.5 km away. Lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Suitable for 2 - 4 people. (2 adults, 2 children) Unobstructed views!

Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.
