The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Our vacation home is located in the former horse stable and farm barn. We have renovated this house with a lot of love and passion for the old building from 1873 into a vacation home with the luxury and comfort of today. The vacation home and our own home are located on a 7600 m2 plot. Next to the vacation home, there is a space for the bicycles to be put inside with a charging point for e-bikes. The washing machine is also here. Our vacation home is rented including made-up beds and towels.

We have been renting out for 6 years, this is our experience: our vacation home is best suited for couples who come for the area and/or tranquility. Or families with 1, 2 or 3 (young) children. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
