Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Arena Aabenraa mit Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn und zahlreichen anderen Sportmöglichkeiten ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!
