The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Furthermore, there is a wood stove to heat the cottage and there is a boiler for the hot water. Everything is provided, from bedding to tea towel, from frying pan to hand blender. You can take beautiful walks from the cottage, e.g. the eight of Amen or to the Balloërveld near Rolde.
