There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

During the day, the park facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool, can be used.
