Family-friendly vacation rentals in Aa en Hunze

The stay at Wietske was above expectations: an extremely cozily furnished house with plenty of space. A relief was the garden: lots of greenery, trees and shade: everything we needed. A hot tub is not our thing, but for those who like it: it is there. All in all: highly recommended.

Pasja was very friendly and asked if we need anything and if everything works. The place was nice, the bbq and the hot tub were our highlight :)

Fantastic stay and perfect for a group of friends! We found it difficult to find fun activities in the area, but you can prepare for this. And for a short weekend this was all right. Recommended!?

We had a short but great stay in Hein's brinkstee. Beautiful and clean accommodation and fully met the description and needs. super friendly and correct, and gave good tips for exploring the area. Recommended and also good for larger groups. Stefan

We had a great week at Hein's cottage. We were 13 adults and 2 children. The rooms with their private bathroom were perfect. Very nice cottage with plenty of space. a very nice garden, also well maintained.

We stayed at Rob's house for a weekend with girlfriends. We had a fantastic time. It has it all and the terrain is huge. We would come back back. Communication with Rob was also incredibly nice and reliable. A thousand thanks for everything! 😊

Amazing place to stay for the legs Groningen - Zuidlaren and/or Zuidlaren - Rolde when hiking the Pieterpad (or just in general if you want to have an amazing tranquil stay in a beautiful garden oasis. The house has all the amenities one could wish for and an amazing bed to top it all of meaning you’ll be completely rejuvenated for the next leg of Pieterpad.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

Fresh croissants were ready to welcome you.😍 The room is idyllic and quiet, right next to a historic mill, just 10 minutes by bike, which are provided on site, from downtown. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Overall a very nice stay. We would come back.

Marinette and Alex are very friendly people, helpful and approachable. A very nice accommodation, spacious enough for 8 adults and 2 children. Each room has its own sanitary facilities, which is very pleasant. Plenty of room to play indoors and outdoors. Good info for activities in the area. However, we found the kitchen in the large room to be on the small side. We all had a pleasant stay.

Very nice holiday cottage on quiet campsite. From the platform in the back of the garden you have a nice view of an open plain, we saw a few deer passing by in the early morning. The cottage has a beautiful garden, is also full of comforts and the contact with the owner is fine. Highly recommended.

What a lovely wing of a beautiful, artfully decorated old house. We loved the out door kitchen BQ area and the lovely homemade rolls and marmalade for breakfast each morning with fresh coffee. Beautiful garden to explore and our dog was made very welcome. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Parking too! 😀

It was a very nice stay in the cottage of the bronze bucket! Beautiful location in wooded area and wonderfully quiet. In older updates, I read about a noisy heater, but that didn't bother us, maybe recently renewed? In any case, it was wonderfully warm to get what was welcome after a day of mountain biking. As an extra bonus, we were allowed to check out later so we could still shower after the Sunday bike ride, very much appreciated.

We had a great time and couldn't believe our luck to spend the night on a ship in the middle of Groningen. Warmest recommendation!

Really a nice and cozy stay with a lovely view on garden and nature. You can walk onto the heath in no time. Everything that is needed is also present in the garden everything perfect. The outdoor kitchen can also be used with rain due to the spacious canopy. Friendly hostess who also responds quickly to the app.

Nice chalet. I had a nice quiet stay and was close to my friends place. It had everything I needed and was very nice. Janet was very helpful and responsive.
