Monthly Rentals in 4th arrondissement

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

Best airbnb thus far! I felt right at home in this cozy apartment. The pictures capture it well and it's located in a peaceful area in the 4th arrondissement. The hostess is also incredibly kind and responsive; she helped me with my bags when I arrived and occasionally messaged me to ensure I had what I needed. Definitely hope to stay here again for my next visit to Paris.

This is a fabulously located, well-appointed apartment, in walking distance of many museums and other sights to see. Also on the major Metro line. With elevator, washer-dryer and a good shower, it is a great comfort. Highly recommended for one or two people. Building is quiet and neighbors gracious.

Perfect stay!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Plenty to do around and able to walk to multiple metro lines.
