Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

I can't say enough good things about Eleanore and this apartment space. The space itself was among the best city airbnb's for the price I've ever stayed in. Great location within a block of the metro and perfectly situated to navigate all the hotspots of Paris. The cherry on top was Eleanore's hospitality - the communication and local recommendations were fantastic and always prompt. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without our experience here - thank you endlessly to Eleanore!!

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful and clean apartment in the Marais. The location was fantastic, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience. There were just a couple of small inconveniences: the shower didn’t have a shelf or ledge to place toiletries, which made things a bit tricky. Also, since the apartment is on the second floor, we could occasionally hear noise from the upstairs neighbors, especially at night. That said, these were minor issues, and I would still happily recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The place is perfect! We walked a lot during our stay, because everything was easily accessible on foot, or by metro for the tourist lines a little further. At night, the place is very quiet, we slept well (we would have appreciated an extra pillow each to be perfectly satisfied). We loved the view from the apartment, the rooftops of Paris🥰. Although the apartment has a lot of steps to access it, it made us feel safe :) A friend had recommended this apartment to me, we are delighted and recommend it without hesitation!! Thank you to the hosts who respond quickly and are kind enough to advise us on the city as needed. Thank you for a happy stay!

A fine, spacious apartment in a great location. Safe and walkable. No air conditioning, but it was not needed for this trip. The washer / dryer worked better than most european evaporative dryers that I have encountered. The apartment does not get very dark for sleeping as the curtains to not cover the windows well. I'm a good sleeper and it didn't matter much, but others should know. This apartment had a LOT of clutter. In an Airbnb or hotel room, I want clear surfaces to put my things. It isn't helpful to have the beside tables and living room tables full of books, etc.
