We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place is very cozy and clean. The host was very nice, there was no problem to leave the luggage earlier and check out later. We even got pastries! I highly recommend it ;)

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Very nice host. The neighborhood is rather quiet and not particularly exciting. For this, you can stay comparatively cheaply and have a quiet stay. You definitely have to keep in mind at night that no more trains go to the neighborhood from certain times. I had to get a taxi then. However, I highly recommend the place. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

We loved this apartment! It’s on a quiet street in Ile Saint-Louis, centrally located within a short walk to Ile de la Cite or the neighborhoods on both sides of the river. Easy access to Metro stations. We cooked and shopped in the neighborhood, also went out to many nearby restaurants, and enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Communications with the hosts were always prompt, informative, and friendly. The hosts’ personable son met us upon our arrival to show us around and offer local recommendations - all of which were much appreciated. Nice well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Very comfortable bedrooms and bath. The roof terrace was also quite nice, though not used by us very much because the interior spaces were lovely and a pleasure to be in. We would happily return on a future visit!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location cannot be better, central but still quiet, the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The perfect place in Paris!

If you're looking for an authentic Parisian apartment experience that is elegant and comfortable - this is the place. City balcony on the front and the windows in the back open onto a park setting (ruins of a medieval gladiator area!) with trees and birds singing.

Fabulous apartment near a very lively area with lots of bars restaurants and little shops. And yet the apartment itself is quiet. Metro is very near.

Helena was a warm and gracious host. She made sure we had access to the appartment as early a we needed it. She even left a couple of pastries and bottles of water knowing it was very early and warm that day. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The appartment is located within walking distance to metro, restaurants, rue Mouffetard, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris and the Patheon. Perfect location! I will be back for sure!

We just finished a lovely week at this apartment. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the charming Marais, bustling with tasty restaurants and shops. It's close to several Metro stations, but the place itself is on a small side street, so it's incredibly quiet. We trekked all over the city to various neighborhoods, but we fell in love with this neighborhood and wished we had even more time to spend there. The apartment itself is stunning, well-decorated, and feels peaceful and homey. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and the fact that there was a steamer, iron, washing machine, etc. It's the perfect place to live like a local! The hosts were super helpful, checking in to make sure we were all set and sending fantastic recommendations for the neighborhood. All that we tried were 10/10. Our last day, we wanted to squeeze in the Picasso Museum (which is a 9-minute walk from the apartment), and they graciously let us check out a little late. We can't wait to be back!

We loved our stay in this apartment! Right in the Marais on a beautiful side street, just off a hopping plaza. There was tons to do nearby, from tourist destinations, to markets, to great stores, and local cafés. Two blocks from the Seine and a few minute walk to the islands. Felt like we were in a cozy neighborhood despite its central location. The apartment was very comfortable, with big beautiful windows. The host was friendly, informative and responsive and gave great local recommendations. We would definitely stay there again!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!

Just spent 3 nights at Michel's place with my daughter. We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time traveling abroad and Paris was our second stop. Although the space is small, Michel has done a fabulous job making good use of the area. We had two large suitcases and found it easier to utilize his wardrobe cabinet for our belongings versus leaving our suitcases out/open. This allowed for more room in the apartment. My daughter liked having a TV with Netflix and Wifi. If you're looking to stay in Le Marais, this is a great spot!

Hugues' studio is a great central pied-à-terre for exploring Paris! It is well-equipped and located in a quiet courtyard.
