It was a very comfortable and modernized flat away from home. Although the kitchenware is not that of a chef’s kitchen, it was adequate for the modest meals, with basic seasonings provided, which I occasionally prepared when we were not eating with family or eating out. For daily coffee drinkers Tony’s coffee pod supply was awesome. Loved the shower! The water heated right up and I got a better and quicker one than at home. The iron and laundry pod supply was exceptional. The clothing storage and laundry & cleaning supplies exceeded our needs. The location was peaceful, safe and accessible; with cordial neighbors and pleasant surroundings and a library and garden nearby. Within minutes, you have access to bakeries, pharmacies, the bus line (shout out to the C3!), and even Velo bike rentals. Tony was a great host; he was patient, professional, responsive, always asked if we needed anything. If you are looking for convenience, comfort, and safety in Villeurbanne - this is it.

Marlene was a friendly responsive host to deal with. The property is in a great location 10 min east walk from Part-Dieu rail station and a nice 20 min walk to the Rhône river. I enjoy walking so perfect for me as the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. It is also only a 10 min to Paul Bocuse market hall. The property is very well fit out with all amenities as advertised. It was the home away from home I wanted. Would thoroughly recommend.
