Vacation rentals with breakfast in 3rd arrondissement

Perfect accommodation for visiting Lyon, about 20 minutes to access it! Very well furnished exterior (deckchairs, swing, outdoor table, parasol) Interior Functional house with basic necessities for cooking left available, it's appreciated and it's becoming rare (salt, pepper, oil... LV tablets, dishwashing liquid...) I highly recommend the accommodation.

Elisabeths house is really wonderful. Lot’s of windows, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. The view is nice and you can easily walk to the old town of Lyon. We really, really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in an accommodation with two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and gym upstairs, and a spacious and well-equipped living room / kitchen, toilet on the ground floor. Private parking. Quiet area close to the city center with shops and food market where you can walk. Audrey is welcoming and responsive. Good communication. Dogs are accepted and the environment near a forest is very nice. Very good experience, we recommend it.

The place and the pool are very clean. Everything is at our disposal. we had a great stay.

Very friendly hosts. Great house and pool. It wasn't as easy to get in to Lyon as hoped for the rugby world cup but we did have two small children.

This was our second stay at Catherine's and we were welcomed very well, the site is quiet and the accommodation is very well-equipped, and well heated! Thanks again to our hosts for their friendly welcome.

The apartment is located in a quiet area and benefits from modern and very tasteful furnishings. The balcony is undoubtedly one of the great assets of the accommodation – perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery. The location is ideal: about ten minutes' walk to Parc de la Tête d'Or, Les Halles Paul Bocuse, the city center or a large shopping mall. A stone's throw away, there are also many restaurants, cafes, wine shops and bakeries – simply perfect. Check-in and checkout are made easy thanks to very convenient Smart Lock technology. Marlène, the host, had prepared everything with great care: a selection of drinks, sweets and coffee were waiting for us on arrival. Communication with her was extremely pleasant, professional and fast. This is undoubtedly one of the best places I have ever discovered – I would highly recommend this apartment!

A very quaint home in a quite and safe neighborhood. Has all you need for a great stay. A little chilly but great value.

Check-in was picking up keys at a café across from the apartment- very easy! The apartment is lovely- spacious, comfortable and perfectly located on a pedestrian street with the métro station steps away and taxi pick-up and drop off also very close by at the nearest cross street. Stéphane left maps and brochures which were helpful, particularly the one related to the traboules and façades in the old part of Lyon. The kitchen cupboards are full, and available to use, which we didn't need to. Just know that the closets are full of Stephane's belongings in the bedroom, although he does supply an area in the smaller bedroom with hangers and places to hang your clothes. There are a washing machine and dryer and detergent to use, a huge help to us, having been in France for 5 days before our arrival. The large shower is fantastic with great water pressure/hot water. We walked everywhere from the apartment. Lyon has a lot to offer! Do not hesitate to stay at Stéphane's apartment.

Apartment matches the photos and is very quiet. Communication with Hervé is very easy. The metro and tram are a short walk away from the apartment, ideal for moving around Lyon. Parking is a huge asset.

I had a really nice long stay in this place. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, bright and perfectly equipped✨. We immediately feel at home there. The neighborhood is quiet and well served by public transportation, making it easy to get around and access everything you need on a daily basis🚉🛍️. And above all, a huge thank you to David, an exceptional host: always available, responsive, attentive and very kind🙏🏼. He really did everything he could to make sure the stay went smoothly, and I'm very grateful for that. I would recommend this place without hesitation, both for a short stay and for a long time ⭐ Thank you again David for everything!

Excellent pied à terre if you are looking for a foot on the ground around Lyon. We stayed at Danielle's place for a long weekend and enjoy visiting the family in the area. Only ++

Muriel and his wife are very friendly and always willing to help. Muriel volunteered to drive me and my son to the train station, help us with recommendation for all interesting locations that we visited , he also made a Map for us. I strongly recommend!!!

A nice little quite place with two amazing hosts.

A very relaxing stopover and this for the second time for us. You will feel right at home and if you are lucky with the weather, the pool (which is beautifully located) is an added value. The breakfast in the garden is enjoyable. Also got good tips about dining. If we need to be around we will definitely come back.
