Loft vacation rentals in 3rd arrondissement

We had a pleasant stay at Franck's. The accommodation is close to the tram and metro. Parking is easy in front of the building and spaces are free. Franck also offers private parking space. The housing is functional. The terrace is the big plus of the apartment. Communication is easy with Franck, he knows how to make himself available if needed. I recommend it.

Absolutely recommended, Patrick is a great host, the apartment is well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The location is not very central but it is close to metro, tram and bus stops.

Amazing apartment in a central location. I was working in Lyon for 3 weeks and this was the perfect location for commuting, sightseeing, eating out, bars. I couldn't recommend enough. 5*

You can expect to stay in a real home, with plant, art and all the stuff that make a place feel alive. There is a lot of stairs from the last bus stop to the apartement front door, but thats what it cost to live in Lyon. Her answering speed is phenomenal, so you will not stay in the dark for long before her reply. She can advise you for any kind of activity or meal you may need, she even have all the tourist info book right on the living room table. This place is a safe pick.

Charming and dignified hosts, warm and polite, educated and informed, widely traveled and linguistically capable, Hedwige and Bruno created an atmosphere at once homey and cosmopolitan. Books lined the shelves in several languages and the mechanically adept Bruno understood a tiny problem with the air conditioner and fixed it promptly. Jody and I would love to host them in Los Angeles and who knows, maybe this will happen. These are the kind of hosts who make airbnb seem like a brilliant idea.

Lucas is friendly like a friend and always helps you when needed. The house is great, there was almost everything you could need in an average home, from an iron to a fan, many kitchen items, Netflix on the TV, YouTube, and many different platforms. If you feel tired one day and don't want to leave the house, you can spend the whole day at home without getting bored. It also feels different emotions as it has been transformed into an industrial-style dwelling, preserving its historical texture from an old silk workshop. I felt like I was watching a documentary about the history of Lyon at that time and it was very impressive to me. Thank you Lucas for hosting us. Hope to see you again

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ludo’s home. Very spacious for the 5 of us. Ludo greeted us upon arrival and gave us all the details and recommendations we needed. We very much enjoyed all of his artwork, books, and overall design of his home. The surrounding area was wonderful! So many shops, restaurants and very walkable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of the Saône for this Superb apartment combining the modernity of bathroom kitchen equipment and the charm of the old French ceiling, parquet flooring ... Very well-equipped and amazing design Please note that the bedroom configuration on the low mezzanine could not suit everyone. Great neighborhood!

We had a great time at Claire's place. The apartment is very nice and communication was very smooth. Only small constraint, the room on the mezzanine is more suitable for small children than an adult, because it is difficult to stand up straight other than bent. Otherwise everything else is very good hosting. I therefore recommend this rental 100% for a couple alone or with a child (there are many toys available, as well as a portable baby bath). Superb loft, very nice! The photos are particularly accurate. We feel very nice there. It's a perfect place for a group (there are both private spaces and a very large common space that allows for friendly times). The terrace is a real plus, it is sunny and very charming. Steve is very accommodating and responsive. He arranged for us to settle into the apartment as soon as we arrived (which was earlier than expected). He gave us tips on neighborhood shops. Recommended ++! Really very nice!

Very nice place to discover Lyon

Enjoyed our stay at Romain’s loft in Lyon. Well located in a lovely neighbourhood. Romain was a great host, gave us great recommendations for the city.

We had a great weekend in Lyon, in a really nice area that offered good restaurants. We were delighted to discover this lovely apartment tastefully decorated. We were greeted by Modjo the cat, who showed us a lot of attention. A real joy 🥰

Location was perfect - in front of st Jean cathedral. Perfect place to sit around and listen to the music in the plaza. Walkable area for kids (4 and 1 year) and to the funicular.
