Monthly Rentals in 2nd arrondissement

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

Michael and Sylvie’s place was so much better then we could’ve ever imagined, it is in (in our opinion) the best neighbourhood in Paris!! With rue des petits carreaux pretty much at the doorstop, which is full of patisseries, boulangeries, cafes, restaurants and bars ! Rue du nil is such a cute street that truely comes alive in the day with a boulangerie(with the best croissants in Paris) , cafe, crémerie, wine bar, chocolate shop and so much more! The studio is a perfect middle between the Seine and Montmartre both easily within walking distance, we hardly had to get the metro at all. the studio is on the fifth floor without an elevator, which is hard on the legs! the place itself is cosy but really cute with a window and view of rue du nil, a perfect size for 2 people. We had the best time during a month stay here and would absolutely recommend, I would love to come back one day!!

Overall a fantastic stay - the location is unbeatable and close to various eateries and walking distance to the metro. Check in involves collecting a key from a nearby convenience store. The place is clean - there are no pests and there is plenty of space to store your luggage. The shower as listed is in an awkward position due to the sloping wall and the shower curtain could be refreshed. The host very generously provided some proper shampoo and soap. There is no hair dryer but this was fine for me. Although in the heart of Paris - it is extremely quiet - no ear plugs needed for sleep. The mattress is starting to get worn but I still had an excellent sleep. I really appreciated being able to use the washing machine and I felt like I was living in someone’s home. Excellent listing - I’d be happy to stay again! Merci!

I thank the host really honestly because in addition to his kindness and presence for every communication, his apartment is everything I needed. Kitchen equipped with every accessory for those who love to cook like me, a quiet apartment in a living area. I will also keep it safe for the future because from there you can reach almost everything, then the metro in Paris is wonderful.
