Great location! Apartment is comfortable and clean. Although apartment is located on the boulevard, it`s mostly quiet at night, but not always and depends if there are neighbours in the apartments near you.

Alexis place was perfectly located with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The building is of easy access. The apartment had a nice living room and a full kitchen. The rooms were tidy and clean, as you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay. Recommended!

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

Very responsive host: after a slight technical problem in the bathroom, Iwona found us a solution extremely quickly by tilting us to another larger room:) (thank you again). Clean apartment, easy to access (several car spaces available in the street). Close to the tram! Thanks again for the nice place! I recommend 200%!

The place was lovely, I felt right at home. The view from the window was breathtaking for me every time. I thank Renaud and Costanza for the hospitality and great communication! Would come back anytime!

Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

Marvelous stay! It was impecable, the room had everything to cook , spacious, new, clean, beds were superb and pillows too. Service from the concierges was perfect!

We loved our stay here. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower and so much to do in the neighborhood. There is a backstreet at the end of the apartment’s street with so many restaurants and other good spots to eat that we didn’t know about until we got there. Diane was a great host and very quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

The accommodation is well located, with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. The bedding was great and the staff very responsive and super helpful.
