Monthly Rentals in 18th arrondissement

The apartment is up four flights of winding stairs which are very traditional and beautiful but challenging if you have mobility issues (we were fortunate not to have mobility issues). A really lovely young gentleman was there when we arrived and he carried our (very heavy) luggage to the apartment. He also offered to come back when we were leaving to help us carry the luggage down. The apartment is just adorable (very 'Emily in Paris' but bigger!), fresh and clean. It has a good sized lounge area with kitchen area, separate bedroom and shower room, and then a separate toilet. There are little window balconies in the lounge, bedroom and bathroom. You get to see the most stunning sunrises and sunsets from the bathroom window. Well stocked with bed linen, ironing board, hoover, fridge, microwave etc. Honestly, just the most perfect place. Location was also amazing. Hosts were super responsive and kind.

Such a great space! A wonderful neighborhood, and close to the metro! Elias was so helpful when it came to troubleshooting issues like beeping smoke detectors and receiving mail, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

After a very last minute request, I spent 4 wonderful days in Heidi’s apartment. The apartment is great: contains everything you could need and is and well located. Heidi’s communication was very clear, helpful and attentive ; the process for arrival and departure was very easy. Matches exactly its description on the site. I thoroughly recommend !

Is this the best AirBnB in Paris?! (Yes!) Delphine’s apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, fully renovated and filled with small details that made the stay comfortable — from a hair dryer (a rarity for France) to an extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen to a bedroom fan for the warmer months. The balcony is an added bonus! There was such thought and intentionality put into the space and both Delphine and manager Valentina were super responsive + kind. From the space to the hosts, this was a top-notch experience and I can’t wait to stay again! Merci mille fois !
