Located in the former stables of Verlaine, the house is a 10-minute walk to the Sacré Coeur. It has a lovely little garden. In the backyard. It is very quiet and very bright. It has 3 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. 2 cats live freely between the garden and the house, so beware of allergies. Our yard is cool and pleasant, however be careful not to speak too loudly and especially after 10pm so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.

My lovely brick home is located next to Paris' Flea Market. The house stands in a private bucolic alley. The ground floor consists of the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the garden-terrace. The second floor is made of two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the third floor, the attic has been turned into a large bedroom and wardrobe. You'll probably meet my friendly car, Moki !
