Monthly Rentals in 17th arrondissement

I felt very lucky to have this place for my volunteer work at Olympics games. I stayed almost two months here and LOVED it!! Easy access to metro and bus, very convenient public transportation including night bus line from city center. Clelie is very kind and friendly, I appreciated her hospitality as well. I stayed for a month in Alain's studio so I could find an apartment in Paris. The apartment was very functional, extremely well located with several metro stations very close to the Arc de Triomphe and all the activities available to you. Secure building with two keypad before accessing the apartment. A lot of shops close by for all budgets including an Aldi 500m away. Very good wi-fi connection. Alain was professional, helpful, available and very human. I would recommend this apartment. To anyone wanting to stay for a while in Paris or like me to find an apartment. Thanks again

Julie-Anne’s apartment was the quintessential Parisian city stay. Nestled in the 17eme, it is a quick hop and a skip from Rome Metro station, giving you quick and easy access to the heart of the City and the main tourist attractions. The 17eme is tucked away from the main tourist areas, yielding a brilliant offering of local shops, restaurants, and most importantly…bakeries, which you can peruse without the tourist hubbub. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and provided a stylish and charming hub for us to wind down at, after a long day of exploring the city! I had an incredible stay at Soufiane's apartment in Paris! The place was everything I hoped for: it was quiet, peaceful, comfortable and welcoming. With plenty of sunlight, it is bright during the day, and with shutters, perfectly dark at night for a good night's sleep. Loved the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen and bathroom were both clean and updated. But what made my stay exceptional was Soufiane himself. He is a very considerate and thoughtful host. He went out of his way to be extremely helpful and made sure my trip was a great one. Communication with him was super easy, and he was always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend Soufiane's apartment to anyone visiting Paris who wants to enjoy a real Parisian neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Soufiane!
