It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

We had 5 wonderful days with our children aged 7 and 10 at Sophia's place. What a fantastic place to discover beautiful Paris from here. Coincidentally it was around 30 degrees these days so the kids could swim before we went out and if we came back from the city they couldn't wait to take another swim. On the first day we arrived a lot later than planned so the children were disappointed that they might not be able to swim anymore but Sophia had prepared everything completely, what a nice welcome for the children. Sophia was an incredibly nice and helpful hostess and responded immediately if we had a question. We look back on a fantastic trip with a wonderful stay that lacked nothing. After a day in the busy city, you could completely unwind at Sophia's place. Thank you Sophia, it was great! We would definitely recommend it.

The place is lovely and exactly as described! Ideal for slightly larger groups as there is plenty of space. Beds are also very comfortable and large! The decor is unique, very, very chic! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the lovely stay at Pascal's. We'd be happy to come back to your place when we're back in France :)

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. We absolutely love our entire stay! From the location to the apt in general….I can’t think of many other air bnb’s or even hotels that matched the experience I had. Whenever I’m back in Paris I will make sure to look for this host first!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

We had a lovely stay at Julien’s! He was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The place was clean, well designed and equipped. Love the attention to detail. Perfect for our group of 5. The area it’s located in was equally special. Great for vintage shopping, antiques, and thrifting. Easy access to Paris by metro or if you are up for slightly long walk to the 19th arrondissement.

Such an amazing stay! It had such a beautiful aspect overlooking the garden with so much natural light through the apartment and was just the perfect size. Anouk & Anton were both very helpful and kind. The price was also great and it’s right near the train station, so super easy to get into the heart of Paris. Would definitely stay here again

This was a stellar location with wonderful hosts. Really enjoyed our say. Very easy to get into central Paris from this location.

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Our group of 6 had a great stay at Caroline’s place in Colombes. It was about a 18 minute walk to the nearest train station that connects you the rest of Paris. The space itself was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. We will be happy to come back and recommend this accommodation. Thank you for everything.
