Monthly Rentals in 15th arrondissement

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

It was really lovely to have a place to stay in the city for 1.5 months. The check-in instructions were great & the studio was exactly what I needed. I wasn’t worried about the 120-steps up to the 7th floor. I actually looked forward to it…it’s better than doing squats at the gym! There are several restaurants nearby, from traditional French bistro style to fusion Chinese, from Thai to kebab. And there are a couple super tasty boulangeries nearby that have excellent and cheap lunch & dinner menus (delicious, filling artisan sandwich plus pastry plus drink for around 8 euros). And a carrrefour express market. You won’t go hungry in this neighborhood, even if it isn’t jam-packed with restaurants like Le Marais. It takes 13 € & about an hour to get there from either airport by metro (line 14 > 9 for Orly or RER B > multiple options for CDG). If you stay here, you’ll want to use the metro a lot to get to the center city. There’s also scenic bus 72 along the river. You should stay here!

I just left Paris after staying a month at this amazing apartment. I’m almost reluctant to leave a good review because I don’t want it to not be available when I want it next it was the perfect stay. The apartment is in the 15th, which is a very residential neighborhood. It is just what I wanted. Great shopping very close to the apartment. The metro is right on the corner or line 10. But line 8 is within a five minute walking the grocery stores are right around the corner , and on both corner are terrific pastry shops. Below the apartment is an Italian pizza place that is to die for. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. I absolutely loved it. Justine was amazing. I only met her when I checked in and she helped me up the stairs with my luggage. We communicated by text, but I did not need anything from her for the entire month that I was there. Everything is completely completely new in this apartment down to the nail clippers in the bathroom lol.

The apartment was clean, cute and just as described and the host was very responsive! We had a great stay.
