Pretty view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. Sixth and top floor apartment (small elevator, not suitable PMR). Ideal for a typical Parisian experience, in a lively and commercial neighborhood. Close to Opera (10 minutes by metro), near Beaugrenelle , close to Porte de Versailles (20-minute walk).

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Very nice apartment, in the heart of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower! Bright because located on the top floor (6th with elevator) on a very quiet street. Completely renovated in March 2020 with quality materials and furniture, well-equipped. And of course a very nice terrace to relax, have breakfast in the sun! And in the evening, come and enjoy a good bottle of wine while admiring the illuminated Eiffel Tower!
