Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in 12th arrondissement

We had a wonderful stay at Thibaut’s place during our 3 nights in Paris. Thibaut was a wonderful host - he was very responsive, and he proactively reached out to advise us areas to avoid on the night of the soccer champions league final in Paris. (The area of the property is fine.) We were not aware of the game at all so that real time local knowledge was super helpful and made us feel safe knowing that someone is watching out for us. The property looks exactly like the photos in the listing. I enjoyed the view of the beautiful Parisian houses from the windows every day. Paris was in the high 70s/low 80s during our stay but it wasnt too much of an issue as Paris cools down at night and fans were provided. There is no elevator but the stairs were manageable and not a problem for us. One last thing - we were able to walk to many places from this property location. The Sunday (and Thursday) market at the Bastille Market was just a couple of blocks away!

We had a lovely stay at Fred and Anab’s place. The apartment is bright, roomy and tastefully decorated and thanks to excellent double windows, it is also very quiet despite being located on Place de la Nation. The hosts did everything they could to make checking-in and out as easy and convenient as possible. There is a supermarket very close by, as well as several bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, etc. And nothing beats the convenience of having the RER and several métro and bus laines at your doorstep. Altogether an excellent experience which we hope to repeat.

I highly recommend Mathéo’s place. The Airbnb experience was really professional and Mathéo was reallyhelpful during my stay. The area is really charming with a close by coffee bar, boulangeries, fresh market etc. There is also a great and beautiful park nearby that is perfect to start the day with a walk or running. Downtown Paris is close by, it took me a 22 minutes bike ride to get to Bastille easily but metro M8 is also really convenient option to reach the city. Oh and from the bedroom window you can even see the Eiffel tower :)

In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Gordana’s apartment! It is a lovely spot from which to explore Paris. We appreciated the natural light, two large & comfortable beds, and updated kitchen and bathroom. This place had everything our family of 3 needed for our visit to the city. The location is close to the metro and easily walkable to restaurants and shops, yet was quiet & peaceful at night. Gordana was also very kind and communicative; she even let us check in early after a long international flight. I highly recommend this rental!

Just BOOK IT! We had such a fantastic stay- I am grateful to Michael for letting us stay at this beautiful home. The outdoor space is incredible and peaceful. It’s located on a quiet back street but accessible to everything. I’ve been to Paris a lot but never stayed in this neighborhood and I loved it! Less touristy but still so Paris. Beautiful with lots to see and do and very accessible. The Airbnb is adorable and perfect. Plenty of space. My son felt right at home! Ha. Michael is a perfect host and the space was so lovely and as described and better. Everything you need and more. I hope to return here! Enjoy your stay- you’ll love it.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

It is very clean, spacious, easy to find and the host is incredibly friendly! Clear instructions, thinking about putting down the luggage when we arrived. It's a good base. Please note that it takes at least half an hour to 45 minutes (by metro) to get to the city center. As a result, it is really very quiet and that is nice at the end of the day! Thank you Audrey :-)

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to downtown. We had a very nice time.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
