Vacation rentals with a home theater in 10th arrondissement

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay at this Paris apartment. The location was convenient — just 25 to 30 minutes from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city each day. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to public transport, shops, and bakeries. The hosts were helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families visiting Paris!

We enjoyed our vacations at Aline and Greg's studio - everything is exactly matching pictures and descriptions. Lots of bus stops nearby and a subway station walking distance is around 5 minutes. Comfortable bed, everything you need for your shower and cooking if you are willing to. The projector idea is also nice if you are tired of exploring the city and want to spend a cozy evening at home watching Netflix or your favorite movies. Highly recommended for those who don't want to spend thousands for accommodation but still have all the necessities and a good transport hub location. Thank you, Aline and Greg! :)

I can't recommend this place ENOUGH! Jack is an exceptional host, he was always responsive, flexible and ready to help. The place is great, tidy and in a great neighborhood. The instructions are straight forward and access to the apartment is quite easy! Many thanks to you Jack for a great stay!

Charming apartment in a great location - many thanks for the pleasant stay!

One of the reasons we booked this place was the draw of a home cinema, because I took my 7 year old, that was something she was looking forward to. The place was advertised with home cinema, but at the last minute we were told it was no more… we were quite disappointed. That said, the property was absolutely ideal for visiting Paris, very clean, cosy, and great value for money. Easy to get to, and get in, quiet. Everything provided that we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, with rapid responses. Thankyou guys!

Serene and cosy apartment with a gorgeous view of the surrounding neighbourhood. It’s situated right in the middle of the city, with quick and easy access either on foot or via public transport around greater Paris. Emilien was a great host who was responsive and accommodating whenever we had questions! Would love to stay again upon our next visit.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

Nice and comfortable. There is a problem with parking. It may not be available in front of the house if you arrive late and you have a private car. This is the only observation.

Had a fantastic stay at Emma’s! Close to three metro stops and bus stops and in a great neighborhood. Place had everything we needed and was a great place to stay for our trip to Paris!!!

Spotless spaces, great host.

Very good stay in Michael's typical Parisian apartment. Located at the foot of Montmartre, 2 minutes from the metro and a Monoprix, it is very well equipped and the bedding is good. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the little touches! We recommend it!
