A beautiful home to stay in and lovely hosts to work with! Their space makes you feel like a true Paris local - very close to the metro station and even closer to a bus stop if you need to catch a night bus. Lots of café options nearby and grocery stores as well. As noted in their description, there are three flights of stairs to climb with no lift so be mindful of your luggage - we found the stairwell to be spacious and the steps not steep so it was a pleasant workout for us haha. Danièle and Clément were kind enough to give us a flexible check out since my group had lots of bags and a later train to catch. Thank you for making our stay in Paris enjoyable!

Clément was a great host! We had a small hiccup with check in and he immediately responded and corrected the issue. The space was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay :)

Beautiful small Apartment for our weekend in Paris. Kids loved the guitar and the bed on the upper floor. Quiet backyard was great for our sleep. Benjamin was extremely helpul and very quick in communications. 100% recommended.

This is a lovely flat. It is spotless, beautiful and clear, and there is everything you need. The area is perfect with restaurants, cafés, shops and a great atmosphere. Kat is lovely and was really helpful in explaining various things to us, including some recommendations for our stay. We can only warmly recommend Kat and her flat for a stay in Paris.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Perfect accommodation: accessibility/proximity to transport, quiet, clean, tidy and with all the necessary equipment. Mathieu is very responsive and friendly, I recommend it!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
