We had a lovely time with Sabine and Carsten. We especially liked the children's room with the games, books and the play carpet - our child had a lot of fun😉. The city is within walking distance and the location is very quiet with a shopping facility right next door. We also found the Aqua Marien swimming pool great and it is within walking distance. Thanks again!

We had a lovely weekend at the property with our families. There were enough comfortable beds for 7 people and also plenty of dishes and seating. The garden is very beautiful, both for adults and children there are many ways to play and relax. We felt very comfortable. Thanks a lot!

We stayed a week in the Ahornspitze and are absolutely thrilled with the apartment. Above all, the area with all the hiking trails and the sauna in the maple avenue impressed us very much. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Eva’s apartment! The apartment is truly charming — very cozy, warm, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design has a hygge touch, which makes it feel so peaceful and relaxing. The location is also very convenient: there’s a supermarket just across the street, another one 5 minutes away, and a large shopping center within 10 minutes’ walk. The bus stop to the train station is just around the corner (10 minutes by bus), and it’s about 15 minutes to the city center. The neighborhood itself is quiet, green, and very peaceful — perfect for a calm stay. Eva is a very kind and responsive host. She always replied quickly, and when we once needed help, she immediately assisted us and solved the issue. We really appreciated her hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Chemnitz. Thank you again, Eva!

Very nice, spacious place. The center is quickly accessible on foot, public transport would also be available, about 3 minutes on foot. Georgy made every effort to ensure that check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended. I would choose it again.

We spent a few days in a cozy attic apartment. There was everything you could ever need. If we wanted to rest outside in the great surroundings in the evening after the long hikes, we could do it in the garden and have a little chat with the hosts or just listen to the many different types of birds. We are more than happy to recommend the apartment.

Yana was a perfect host with a perfect apartment for anyone looking to visit Chemnitz either for tourism or for work. Nothing to add other than the experience being flawless.

Ralf's place is very nice and as described in the pictures. Everything is new and furnished to a high standard. By connecting to the "Weiberwirtschaft" guesthouse opposite, you can book breakfast. It is all very familiar and "cozy". You can hike directly from the accommodation into the forest. In the guesthouse, you get a regional map and tips. The town of Pobershau is really rustic and beautiful with lots of offers and good restaurants. You can easily spend 4-5 days or more here, go hiking, visit the mine, go to Marienberg or explore the surroundings.

Great apartment in a great location in an exciting city. We were with 5 adults in the apartment, we loved it. The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, shopping market and bakery right outside the door. Unfortunately located on a street, but thanks to the great windows there was no disturbing noise.

Wonderful, large apartment with everything you need for a long/short stay in Chemnitz. Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The bread roll service is an absolute highlight, the bread rolls are super delicious. It is also worth visiting the bakery. You can walk downtown or take the tram in front of the front door. Chemnitz is worth a visit and we really enjoyed our days there. Thank you Sinah!

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend it.

Beautifully furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable at Fam Zickmantel. Great importance was attached to making the youngest feel comfortable. Both the play corner and the tree house in the garden do not make the stay boring.

This is one of the best houses I've ever booked. We were surprised by the impeccable cleanliness with accents on details, the towels were neatly folded and there was a small gift in the form of chocolate, a small thing, but very pleasant. The atmosphere on the territory of the house and in the neighborhood is quiet , birds sing. we liked it so much that we didn't want to leave. The hostess is incredibly friendly. I recommend to everyone ✨

Beautiful space. Great communication, was able to resolve concerns directly. added the stair gates especially for our daughter. My son was surprised by the Easter bunny and found a gift to himself outside the door - a thousand thanks again for that he was so happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much because our son got sick, but we were in the apartment for 24 hours for several days and there was nothing missing. The cleanliness, the amenities everything was great. Even the toys that were on site were great. We felt so comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks to Peggy & Torsten :)

The location was ideal for exploring the city – quiet, but still close to many attractions.
