Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Jena, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for fun. You can explore the area on many cycling and hiking trails.

In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

In the apartment you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay.
