Estancia muy cómoda y sobretodo tranquilo. Las indicaciones para ingresar a la casa fueron claras y por ende muy fácil acceder. Mi único conflicto fue la luz tenue, ya que tenía que trabajar con documentos y me complicaba poder leer, pero entiendo que muchas veces lo que buscan los usuarios es descansar sin tanta luz, por todo lo demás, excelente. Me volvería a hospedar en este lugar definitivamente.

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Excelente ubicación, el edificio tiene entretenimiento para niños pequeños y el departamento tiene buena distribución y es cómodo para familias con niños

I stay in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this was literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in outside of my own. It was amazing. I especially like that the elevator goes to your floor and you have that whole floor to yourself. There is so many restaurants to walk to. I would have to come back for another two weeks to even possibly try many of them. It was amazing and pretty close to the airport as well. Pretty close to many of the museums. But it definitely feels like a hometown neighborhood nestled within a big city but because of that the big city doesn’t seem like a big city, but amazing. You literally have to experience it for yourself over the top amazing.

This boutique hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The accommodations were excellent. The front desk staff is present at all hours so we always felt safe, regardless of the hour. The beautiful rooftop space is an added bonus. We also really appreciated the daily water bottles that we were given- was one less trip we had to make to the store! The next time I am back in CDMX, I am definitely staying here.

I completely enjoyed my 10 week stay at Maria Luisa's apartment. The Roma Norte location was perfect and the walk to my language school was beautiful, much of it on Av Amsterdam. I enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony watching birds in the lovely trees screening the balcony from the street. The building is secure and the neighborhood felt safe. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I had some confusion about the TV which was my fault for not realizing the "smart TV" listing meant being connected to the internet for Netflix etc. but without cable to receive local TV channels. Once I understood that, everything was fine. The apartment was comfortable and full of natural light. The shower was great, no issues with water pressure or hot water. I would recommend this apartment and stay there again.

The location couldn’t have been better! There were so many amazing places to explore just steps away. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and absolutely spotless—I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Mexico City. The common areas were spectacular, and despite being right in the heart of the city’s most touristy area, the apartment was incredibly quiet at night—perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat in the middle of all the action. Mariana has been an excellent hostess always on the lookout and her recommendations have been very useful in the city.

Great stay! Loved the location, easy walk to parque México, cafés, and easy access to other parts of the city. Loved having a laundry machine as well since we were there for a long stay. Lina was also very much responsive and great host!

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de Reforma. Fuimos por un trámite en la embajada y aprovechamos para hacer turismo. El departamento es cómodo, limpio (¡impecable!), bien decorado, con un equilibrio entre lo moderno y lo artístico que lo hace sentir como hogar. Tiene todo: solo desempacas, llenas el refri y listo. Todo funcionó perfecto: agua, WiFi, cocina, iluminación. Héctor fue un gran anfitrión, atento y flexible con el early check-in. El personal del lobby muy amable, nos ayudaron con pedidos y accesos. La zona es segura y bien conectada. Único detalle: el edificio tiene paredes delgadas y se escucha ruido de mascotas y vecinos, algo fuera del control del anfitrión. Aun así, nos fuimos con una gran experiencia y sin duda volveríamos. Recomendado si buscas ubicación, comodidad y excelente atención. Gracias, Héctor, por tu hospitalidad. Se nota cuando todo está hecho con cuidado. Totalmente recomendado.

Todo bien con el alojamiento de Vero. Una estadía fácil. Puede estar recomendada para estadías largas. Tiene todo lo que se necesita. Hay varias cosas cerca.

El lugar estuvo muy bien, tal y como en las fotos, al momento de ingresar y salir todo muy bien, las indicaciones claras, Mónica siempre al pendiente, y nos ayudo bastante, siempre estaba al pendiente de si ocupábamos algo, recomiendo totalmente el lugar

Cosas más positivas: - Cerca de barrios con cosas para hacer, cómo Roma Norte o el Centro Histórico. - Buena vista. - Cama cómoda. - Limpio y agradable el apto en rasgos grales. - Flexible para hacer el checkin antes, o cambiar el día de checkout para unos días posteriores. Cosas no tan positivas: - Si bien el anfitrión solucionó algunas cosas, como hacer el checkin más temprano, lo hizo con condiciones muy poco flexibles, haciendo que uno cambie algunos planes para acudir en una hora demasiado estricta. Tal vez había otras soluciones, como dejar la maleta con alguien de seguridad del edificio. - Demasiada luz permea la cortina del cuarto. Te despierta demasiado temprano. - El anfitrión demoraba algo en responder, y prometió conseguir una plancha que luego no trajo. - Cómo dicen otros comentarios, las sillas del comedor están algo rotas. En rasgos grales: no es mala la relación precio calidad. Se puede caminar de noche pero es una zona muy desolada y con pocos lugares donde comer.
