Located on a 10th floor of a new iconic building, overlooking to Reforma Avenue, the apartment is packed with amenities, including high speed internet and cable TV. It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). Enjoy Alberto Kalach's design, indoor and outdoor gardens and take the most of your Mexico City experience at this great location. Blocks away from historical and cultural sites, museums, subway stations, parks, restaurants, and minutes from the hippest and most traditional neighborhoods of the city. Monthly guests have access to 2 parking slots + warehouse. We live on the city and will be available to welcome and assist you. The Tabacalera is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Mexico City, dating from XVII century it has seen it all, it got it's name and new Identity by mid 19th Century and was renovated on the 30´s when iconic deco buildings where added. Monumento a la Revolución, San Carlos Museum, The National Library and Republic Avenue give it a unique personality. Downtown and old neighborhoods as San Rafael & Santa María, Juárez, are blocks away from Tabacalera, and hip hoods as Condesa, Roma and Polanco are minutes away driving or cycling. This is definitely a location you´ll never forget. Subway stations, Taxi Stands, EcoBici posts, and Metro Bus are steps away from the property. Our praceful place, perfect oasis in the city.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

Beautiful & cozy flat, located in one of the most trendy & enjoyable neighborhoods in Mexico City. Perfect for visiting the most important places of interest in town. Downtown area is quite close, & you can get there by taxi or metro (Sevilla/Insurgentes stations are 3 blocks away) There's a Turibus Stop just across the street. You will find plenty of restaurants and/or bar options walking distance, while being in a safe and lovely area. The views from the flat are amazing
