Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zona Hotelera Norte

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

This is a very nice house in an interesting neighborhood, decorated in a truly Mexican fashion. Juan was great.

Great little house! The house was clean, spacious, and a good Airbnb! Dayan was so communicative and so easy to get a hold of. He helped us with some things and was very attentive. The house was very clean. We got uber to travel so everything was perfect and not too far. Definitely recommend if you want to save $$ but also stay in a good place.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

I had a great trip to Puerto Vallerta and Luna's Airbnb was fantastic! You can walk to Playa Del Oro beach which I did each day but is also close to things like Malecón and Zona Romantica. I learned how to take the bus for 10 pesos but you can also use Didi or Uber. The apartment is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are some restaurants closeby as well. Great place to stay in Puerto Vallerta, I would go back. Luna also has a coffeehouse + bar (and pizza) nearby. It's awesome!!

This place was great, very clean and we loved the plants everywhere it made the space seem very homey for us. There’s lots of taco stands & stores within walking distance which was very helpful. We loved saying here, and our hosts were very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The only issue we had was that we were not stocked up on napkins and didn’t have any extra trash bags, but that was an easy fix with the stores nearby. There is also a kindergarten right next door and we enjoyed hearing them practice their marches and all. We loved being surrounded by locals, it made our experience 10x better. Very recommended!

excellent apartment with everything you need, transportation passes half a block away, 20 minutes to downtown, excellent in every aspect

The place is nice, clean and just as seen in the photo, there is a supermarket very close to buy things and cook, you can take transportation to go to more touristy areas

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Great apartment! So much is walkable (Walmart, beach, Oxxo, etc.) Wish we could have extended our stay but the place was booked. Jorge is a great host and everyone at this condo is friendly, including security.

Quiet area, easy to get to other destinations, they were very attentive to the accommodation and needs. :)

Great location, it's the same as the photos shared, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At the reception they treated us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

Javier's space was the highlight of or 3 month MX stay! Zero bugs, full water pressure (hot was finicky but always there). Location was close to beach, Walmart, grocery store, shopping mall, local resturants. We rented to pre-view some pre-construction options within the same development. (Even more interested now.) I would reccomend this location for anything in the north or central areas. There was no reason to contact the Host. Everything was laidout in the instructions. Internet was great! I would stay here again! (Maybe long term.)

Excellent apartment, clean and impeccable, it had everything you needed Better than a Hotel The receptionist was very friendly and the pool was very clean and the water was fresh Definitely if I would go back to this place.

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Enrique was an excellent host. His concierge staff was also amazing to work with the place was lovely when we did have a couple of small issues. He was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again thank you Enrique.

I had a wonderful peaceful stay., I loved the apartment it is in a great location, it was clean and bright. It was exactly what needed in this moment. I needed a quiet, peaceful and safe space to be. As a female traveler it’s in important to feel comfortable and safe. I always felt safe. Talia and everyone were simply wonderful, always responded to all my questions and helpful. I would definitely stay again and will definitely look for this apartment when I come back next year.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had a problem finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only got to use the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to check in. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

The apartment was in perfect condition, the condo staff was friendly, all the common areas were clean, and it's nice that they don't allow loud noises. I'd be happy to come back!
