Vacation rentals with a patio in Zocca

Our stay with Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. She sent us a guide before we even arrived, was extremely flexible with our check-in, met us at the door and gave us a tour. Everything was provided for us, the bed was very nice along with the shower. The lighting was beautiful also. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Bologna.

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

Beautiful quality apartment and impeccable. Very well arranged and comfortable. Very welcoming and willing family, always available and eager to ensure the stay goes smoothly. Despite the beautiful April weather, the host left us the heating for cooler nights, the attention was much appreciated. Really delighted with our stay and thank you to Simone and her lovely family.

This place was great and just about walkable from Bologna station (20mins) with suitcases. Paola was always responsive and when we had an issue with the power on the first night she and her husband sorted it straight away. There is a playground and park opposite the place which was really helpful for the kids and plenty of supermarkets close by. We were also able to bring our suitcases in the morning of arrival and leave them there while the place was being cleaned from previous occupants which saved us having to find luggage storage. Definitely recommend.

Very good place to stay in the countryside. Air is clean and there’s an overall authentic feeling about the house. The hosts are a wonderful couple that are able to debate any kind of advanced and deep things with you, especially history and ancient architecture.

This place was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—super close to the old town and everything you’d want to see in Bologna. The apartment had literally everything you could need, and it just felt so homey. The entry system was really easy to use too, which made things super smooth. Honestly, we felt like locals staying here. No complaints at all.

Really very comfortable house, tidy and complete with every comfort. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was impeccable and another very important aspect to consider is the reserved parking that can accommodate even cars of considerable length. Elisa is a very responsive host who took care of every detail of our stay even before arrival. Highly recommended!

We rented both houses. There was a pool with a garden for our own use. Mountain view, quiet, wonderful. 550 meters to a shop and a small diner with local food. It's really a lovely little country. Clean, updated homes. You can see the owner takes care of guests. We had nice refreshments waiting for us. If someone is looking for entertainment, unfortunately not in this town. The only downside of the house is the temperature, despite the open shutters, we woke up at night Layout of houses: In one house (the one with a balcony), there is a living room with a bathroom on the ground floor, then there is a kitchen and a room with a bunk bed and a double bed on the next floor: the third ( unfortunately there is no door and wall, open space) and the double bed in this bedroom was the warmest. The second house has two floors ( this house with access to the garden and pool): on the ground floor, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. These bedrooms were warm too. It was manageable (the temperatures were outside at about 34/36 degrees).

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Real Tuscan atmosphere, beautiful clean house, wonderful surroundings, kind and helpful owners, an unforgettable holiday! Thank you for everything, and I'm sure we will return!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

The property is in the perfect location for accessing all that Barga has to offer, and having this alongside a large garden is far more than you could hope for being in the old town! It’s spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for your stay. Margot is a fantastic host, she was always quick to respond to any query and keen to make us feel at home. Would definitely like to stay again next time we are in Barga!

Riccardo and Fabiola were kind and available to host us with our dogs for a weekend! The apartment is very nice and has everything! The fenced garden was very convenient for us. If there is an opportunity, we will be happy to come back!

Good place to stay with reasonable price

The location was magnificent, very close to the central square, and very cozy. The friendly owners are always full of good advice on how to navigate the area, which for us who stayed there during Lucca Comics was vital. They also allowed us to add an extra person at the last minute, demonstrating their absolute availability. Regarding the spaces in the house, we did not have the slightest problem, also having a very spacious closet and closet for all our needs in the 4 days we stayed there. All in all, therefore, a great experience for both me and the guys who were with me.

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.
