Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. At first I panicked because parking for my bulky car (Tourneo) was not the easiest. But I would go back on foot from Italy, just to spend more time at Lavendula Cottage: I have suffered from chronic insomnia for a lifetime and I managed to sleep 7 hours in a row peacefully, breakfast for me is a ritual and like Marta's there are none. Everything is impeccable and clean, in every detail there is good taste, immense care and attention that make the house a fairytale place. At Lavendula Cottage, there is an added value that cannot be classified with stars or reviews: Marta's heart, Sandro's mastery, those polite and wonderful smiles with which they welcome you and make you feel at home. A unique place, not to be missed. And just park in the square!

We would book the place again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect, incredible view, right on the beach and also the decor is very tasteful. We found a full refrigerator not only for breakfast, even pasta, sugo, beer, wine water juices..... When checking in, we had slight difficulties because Airbnb did not release the data. However, Elda reacted immediately. Thank you very much

We were cycling the Alps Adria Way (without an electric motor) and felt very comfortable in this charming apartment from the beginning. Check in super explained, constant contact with the landlord possible with quick answers. Great view, quiet surroundings, we also enjoyed the quiet beach on the comfortable loungers. The apartment simply offers everything! Right at the complex, there is a nice restaurant, with breathtaking views with sunset. It was important for us because we didn't want to ride our bikes up the steep street in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing days in this beautiful place. I'd gladly come back.
