He is very proactive and friendly person. I loved being there and enjoyed the area a lot. Clean house and good internet with work from home facility helped me to do what I wanted. Supermarket is super close and security Gard’s are super friendly. 24/7 lift, electricity and water. Can’t get better in uttara area. 100% recommended.

This is our 3rd stay and we had a great time for the past 1 month here. Ashraf's place was not only incredibly welcoming but also perfectly equipped and felt like home. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating. It's located in a very nice and quaint gated community - which is great for morning/night runs. Something that you should keep in mind is that there are no restaurants nearby - so if you need food - you'd have to go out a bit, cook yourself or just ask the caretaker for help. Did not have any issue all throughout and can't wait to visit the place again!
