Waterfront vacation rentals in Zihuatanejo

It is a very pleasant place, the treatment of Marcelo, Irving, Isabel and Jorge, were of exquisite quality. We are very grateful of such cordial attention. It was a very blessed vacation. God bless them abundantly.

Randy and his team were amazing! We stayed for 15 days and ended up adding two extra days for a total of 17 because we just couldn’t get enough. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The views are breathtaking, and the villa is even more spacious and stunning in person than it appears in the photos—which is saying a lot, because the photos are beautiful. Housekeeping was a lovely surprise—they came every other day, even though the listing said once a week. The home was well-stocked, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In the neighborhood, there’s a Can-Am cart that you can call to take you to the community restaurant and beach club. The drivers were always kind and helpful—we made sure to tip them to show our appreciation. We had an amazing time and truly hated to leave. We’re already looking forward to returning soon. Don’t hesitate to book this stay—you won’t regret it!

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. Great place awesome more then what we expected

The place was spotless, everything was very nice, no problems. In addition, they gave me the opportunity to pick up the key long before check-in so I could do my activities without worrying about arriving before the latest check-in time.

We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

Love the place. The view was amazing. The kitchen could do with more cooking items like big bowls., better utensils, cooking sheets. A little disappointed they did not provide garbage bags or other cleaning products other than dish soap. Overall the place was amazing so amazing we extended our stay. We will definitely come back

Had a great stay here. Our flight came in very late, but her co-host Juliette was ready and waiting to let us in. She was very sweet, gave us plenty of information about the area, and offered a ride to center so we could grab food before the restaurants closed. House is located in a residential neighborhood with easy walk to beach, center, deportiva, and grocery. Overall they were very accommodating and if we needed something (extra pot, extra set of keys, etc.) they were happy to oblige. They also mentioned plans of adding a second bathroom to the upstairs based on previous reviews. Overall it was a good stay and we appreciated their hospitality!

Everything was perfect, we had an incredible few days, the place I chose because I took my mother, an older adult and the villa was the one indicated, on the ground floor, in front of the pool and a few steps from the beach.

An extremely pleasant vacation, the subdivision is a quiet place except for some neighbors who I imagine rented the house too and did not respect the pool rules, otherwise everything was excellent, it is in a very good location (we moved around in a private car) because from there the most popular beaches of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa are quite close, there is an Oxxo right at the entrance of the subdivision which is very much appreciated. The attention Eduardo and his wife gave us was excellent, always attentive and very kind, we would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place, with good access to the sea. Great hosts, and a very warm atmosphere The only thing would be that the internet does not arrive very well, and some appliances like microwave or an oven are needed. But to disconnect and be enjoying 100 of the place with your partner is ideal

The stay was pleasant for the whole family, just be careful in the rooms because we found a scorpion. Wilson told us that they had fumigated but since they are building next door, they sneak in. Apart from that, everything was very good. Wilson recommended where to eat and the contact to bring us things from the store. Thank you for the stay.

A very nice and safe place. We traveled by motorcycle and he gave us all the confidence to leave them in the parking lot. A very family-friendly place. The beach is very clean and the place has comfortable beds, good ventilation and the right utensils to prepare food

The Airbnb is in a very quiet area, almost on the beach, in a beach area where there are not many tourists, little noise and a super nice sea, it is the perfect place to disconnect from the world, but it is still a place that has all the necessary amenities to rest, cook and live. Just remember to bring what you need before you arrive, and that being such a natural area we must respect the fauna and flora of the place.

The place is super convenient, very well located. Nice to go as a couple. You have access to pools and restaurant in there. Parking within the premises. Literal 5 minutes walk from the plaza to go to dinner in Rubens or go at night to Sr. Frogs.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view was so beautiful. Beds and pillows were very comfy! It was our first time with an AirBnB and it did not disappoint. The only drawback was water pressure, and that is something that Ali & Matt can’t control. If you’re looking for a beautiful view of the ocean, a serene and comfy place to stay, this is definitely the place for you. If you don’t like a lot of steps, might not be your place. We absolutely loved it!!

Santiago and staff couldn’t have done a better job taking care of our family. From the time of booking to the time we left everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend you stay at his family’s lovely home.

Excellent location , bay view and easy cross the trail path to have a ride or jogging , also pool and restaurant inside club by walking 2 minutes , thank you Lilia we will be back

The accommodation is an amazing place, it's a beautiful apartment with the best amenities, Karen is an amazing host I would come back a thousand times :)
