After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen-living room with sofa bed, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom with a double bed made of Swiss pine wood and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and bidet.
