We loved our staying how good was Faras to my family and Matin they all nice people and respectfully they responded to our request, we loved our stay.definitely recommend it.

On the booking you may see many pictures of a very modern apartment, some of the pictures show large modern areas but this is slightly misleading. The pictures are of every room available, in the building and are not a reflection of what you are booking privately entirely. This caused some confusion for me when I arrived. The apartment does have a Hamam which was so much fun! Malik is a very friendly and hospitable host. There is somebody at reception 24 hours and they are always more than happy to help you with directions. Advice and suggestions all being very fair and without bias. Our apartment faced the road on the hill which is constantly blocked with traffic even through the night cars beep at each other constantly. Light sleepers may need to bring some earplugs with them. I had to wear my earphones to block out the noise a little bit. We had trouble with the electric box making a loud humming noise on the last night which kept us awake. The bathroom has seen better days.

A very nice and cozy apartment with everything you might need. It’s close the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, the reception offers a lovely bonus—tea, coffee and small snacks. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you 🤗

This was an excellent find. We visited from America and were a little worries about finding our way around but Yusef offered to assist in the transfer to and from the airport. The manager, Erol, and the team, Malik and Emir, were all so great. They helped us find places to experience, to eat, to avoid, and showed extreme hospitality towards us the whole time. I would absolutely recommend this place! It’s safe, staffed 24/7, and so cute and quaint in a great location! Thank you!! I sure hope we’ll be back in the future!!

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and the place is fantastic—just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is super friendly, and I loved chatting with the locals. Don’t miss checking out Deco Turca and Cashmere by Ruby for some unique souvenirs. Highly recommend this spot!

Je recommande ce logement, les hôtes sont aux petits soins et offrent des services utiles: les cafés avec biscuits à la demande, sauna et bain turc disponible sous reservation, service de nettoyage des chambres, des recommandations et conseils utiles...Le logement est propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel, il est situé dans un bon quartier. Le Jacuzzi dans la baignoire est un plus agréable. Je retournerai volontier dans ce logement

Квартира очень маленькая ( нам двоим хватало), но очень уютная, чистая, теплая, все необходимое для проживания есть. Квартира находиться прям возле цветных домиков ( самых популярных) поэтому практически круглосуточно туристы, соответственно шумновато и вечные люди! В пешей доступности много кафе, хорошая транспортная развязка. Раз в неделю (вторник) приезжает рынок и можно купить все овощи и фрукты дешево, рыба , сыры и т.д.

We have used 2 apartments in this property. The owner (Isil) is probably the best host we had over the years. After our arrival, she had almost 2 hours with us, walking around the neighborhood, tell us about its history and suggest us many restaurants and shops. When we had any issue or question, she was there to reply. The one to have in mind is that the building is old and traditional (wooden) which means there is limited soundproof. On the other hand, the neighborhood is quite, beautiful and traditional with all the necessary shops nearby. Distance from the center is 15' using buses & trams which are very frequent & cheap (using Istanbulkart).

We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. the apartment was as clean as seen in the pictures. it was warm enough for me in the winter weather, The Host Isil was warm, receptive and kind towards me. (such a sweet and pleasant lady) I felt at home in the apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

Işil is the hostess withe mostess. Honestly, her hospitality is amazing. She coordinated taxis for me, greeted me, gave me a tour of the neighborhood and we chatted into the evening. Meeting her was truly one of the highlights of my trip. I loved her place, it is clean, warm and very well appointed. One day I hope to come back with my husband and see Işil again.

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

İnanılmaz güzel bir manzara vardı. Konum çok rahat bulunabilecek bi yerdeydi. Huzurlu sessiz bir ortam sunuyordu. Ev sahibi Yavuz bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu,esneklik sağladı. Всичко беше добре, мястото е близо до площада Таксим и до спиркапза градския транспорт. Имаше всички необходими уреди в кухнята. Единственото, което не ми хареса е че мебелите бяха захабени и имаха петна. Едно освежаване на апартамента би било добре. Иначе всичко друго беше идеално. Комуникацията с хоста беше изключително лесна.

I felt like I was staying at home immediately. Amazing view and location far away from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. House was well stocked for everyday living, cooking utensils, dinnerware, towels etc. The host Behçet Bey is quick to respond and inform of any updates and him and his daughter are happy to help point you out to the best restaurants or grocery stores in town.

Çok temiz bir ev güzel bir manzarası da var. Sadece giderken alışverişlerinizi tam yapmanız önemli ada merkezine yürüyüş mesafesi birazcık fazla.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.

I liked the house , the view , the pool , not very far from island center you can walk or reach it by bus , the kitchen stuff is limited, very peaceful very quiet , the pool is often empty, you feel free I did not feel disturbed or interfered by the hotel owners during my visit , they helped us with the grill stuff and to transfer our bags from their office to the house . And the house was well clean , equipped , I highly recommend it ✅✅✅
