Akin is an amazing person. We landed at 4am in Istanbul and the apartment was being renovated the evening before we arrived and despite check-in being at 4pm Akin did everything to finish, clean the apartment and let us check-in at 6am!! Always answer any query quickly. Recommend us local places to try. The apartment is on a flat area of istanbul there is a lot of shops and restaurants everywhere with every transport at walking distance. The tram is just seconds away way from the building which takes you to the grand bazaar in 5mns and to the blue mosque in 8mns and the underground is 5mns walk away. You can’t go wrong with Akin’s place. I will definitely book Akin’s place next time I come to Istanbul.

First of all, I want to thank Akin for the wonderful host. Akin was proactive and very helpful, he made us feel completely at home in Istanbul. We were in Istanbul with my family for an occasion and Akin's place was perfect for that. The location is great, very close to Yenikapi central station, which makes commute around Istanbul easy. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and also other facilities such as supermarkets. Everything is in walkable distance. The apartment itself was very clean! Very convenient and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The wifi was fast and the kitchen is convenient for cooking at home! This place is a very strong recommendation from me if you wish to spend your time in a convenient location in Istanbul with all the comforts of being "at home". Check-in and Check-out was very convenient. Akin communicates excellently and gives all instructions in details. We will definitely come back!

We have spent four days in beautiful Istanbul as a family of five and our accommodation made it even more special. We loved the location, easy access to bus, tram and metro made it simple to navigate the city even for us, first timers. We found grocery stores and cafes with restaurants nearby, very handy to get drinking water, snacks and meals. The property has a lift and inside we felt safe and secure. I will compliment the cleanliness, sheets spotless and fresh smelling. Good quality sleep guaranteed with comfortable mattress. You will find everything you need in the property- iron, toilet paper and toiletries, cutlery, cups and glasses and pots if you fancy cooking- we opted for eating out. The host is very responsive, polite and kind. He provides you with highly explicit videos of how to use the facilities so do watch them if you decide to book. Overall we recommend this property to the families and would come back there again if visiting Istanbul.

was the perfect location for me as a tourist on a budget, as i wanted someplace that was not touristic, more Local, but at the same time safe, and very accessible to the tram line, which means easy to get to where i wanted (one 14 minute tram line and you are at hagia sofia). also the house was great, clean, and what you expect from the pictures

The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Spent a week in Istanbul for tourism. Great apartment, very cozy and comfortable, has everything you need. The area according to the reviews is not quite favorable, but we did not feel it, since the apartments are on a row with large hotels and in a convenient transport accessibility: you only need to climb a little up the hill))) and you are almost to Istiklal. It will be my pleasure to recommend it to my friends.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

Wow! Ali and team really go above and beyond ! They made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, they pay attention to even the smallest details . Overall, I felt very well taken care of staying here from check in to check out, they did not miss a beat. There were complimentary meals at BurgerLab, upon arrival the mini fridge was fully stocked with refreshments and treats ! 😍 ! Ali was always responsive and checking to ensure everything is ok and if I need anything . His on-site team is wonderful and close by if assistance is needed. The apartment is very spacious , nice, cosy, clean, tidy and lots of natural lighting. I really appreciate there was a good size table as I had to do some work during my stay so it was very useful. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. it is in a desirable location ,it is close to the ferries, trams and metro. Also lots of good restaurants, cafes in this area. Thank you for the awesome hospitality ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. The apartment is wonderful, beautiful and clean and everything has 5 stars. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and many shops. They helped me carry the bags and treated me very well. Thank you to the teams and his father… I stayed there for 5 beautiful days. The accommodation is very safe and has security guards. Perfect for the family

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
