I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

The place was an unexpected gem. Short distance to all the landmarks. We felt safe and welcome in Fatih neighborhood of Istanbul. We knew that apartment will be small when reserved it. However the furniture was organised the best way and we never felt cramped. The apartment had everything for comfortable stay:tv with streaming equipment, kitchenette, washer, drying rack, vacuum, extra linen, comfortable sleeping arrangements (3 beds and 2 sofas). Our group had 4 grown women and 1 child and we fit in nicely. Akin was a very responsive and informative host. We will definitely have Akin in mind next time planning a trip to Istanbul.

The apartment is a lovely first-floor flat located in a central neighborhood, close to the train station that connects directly to the city center. Despite its central location, it is very quiet at night with no noise. It has a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a good internet connection. The place was very clean. I would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul.

Overall the experience was good. A few minor things to note is that the apartment did not have blackout blinds. This was not a problem for us but can be a huge impact if you are used it, as there is a lot of light coming in. Most of the pillows were high with only a few in medium. If you are used to a low pillow it might be a good idea to bring your own or ask in advance. The owner has other apartments also airbnb'd and it is run like a hotel. The apartment is very close to Yusufpasha tramvay station and the main road making it easily accessible for both public transport and taxis. Aksaray and Yenikapi metro/mamaray stations are also within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close just beside the apartment and a block behind is a bigger BIM store.

I stayed at Akin's house for five days with my family. It was really good. It is in front of the tram station and 5 minutes away from the metro station. It is easy for both my old parents to access. I did not suffer to take them to far destinations. The house was clean, but it was not enough for the five of us. Overall, I give it 5 stars for the hospitality and the service. Thank you, Akin.

First of all, I want to thank Akin for the wonderful host. Akin was proactive and very helpful, he made us feel completely at home in Istanbul. We were in Istanbul with my family for an occasion and Akin's place was perfect for that. The location is great, very close to Yenikapi central station, which makes commute around Istanbul easy. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and also other facilities such as supermarkets. Everything is in walkable distance. The apartment itself was very clean! Very convenient and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The wifi was fast and the kitchen is convenient for cooking at home! This place is a very strong recommendation from me if you wish to spend your time in a convenient location in Istanbul with all the comforts of being "at home". Check-in and Check-out was very convenient. Akin communicates excellently and gives all instructions in details. We will definitely come back!

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Cosy place, very configurable, always a person at the reception ready to help you, i was really pleased how everything gone, that’s my first stay in Turkey and was a hit from the start! In comparison with Paris and his extremities that’s gold! I had questions about the app in my phone for digital lock that my app didn’t work so the host was kind to give me a key, i had questions about reaching the gym wich is on -1 not the second floor, this host send a person to give me the card for access. And i saw that someone says something about the mold on the shower but i think that’s because some guest may shut the doors from shower and bathroom and there’s the mold guys. You should always after shower leave the door open and turn on ventilation to evacuate the steam from it.Very responsive host big like👌?

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Perfect location for quite base close to BHT Clinic and Metro access, WiFi included as well as gym and pool which were very quite at our stay in early April.

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

The host was very friendly, always available and if you needed help, he took care of it directly. Super host, I'll always be happy to come back. Everything you needed in daily life was there. Thank you very much for the time and help.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
