Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The house is located in the middle of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, close to the Hohenwarte reservoir, the ideal area for hiking, bike rides or canoeing.
