The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms.
