The large pool and Jacuzzi are to be used seasonally from Jan-Oct. The sauna can be used year-round for up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Unfortunately, we cannot offer accommodation to beloved four-legged friends, however small, cute and peaceful they may be. We ask for your understanding and to refrain from inquiries in this regard. Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
