Das riesen Wohnzimmer bietet Platz zum Tanzen oder einfach nur gemütlich am Ofen zu sitzen, Tischtennis zu spielen oder zu kickern. Im Bad gibt es eine geschlossene Badewanne mit Musik und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Vier Schlafzimmer gibt es mit je zwei Betten 😊 Außerdem Bücher und Spiele.

Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

On 30m2 there is a living/dining area with a full kitchen, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, as well as a small bathroom. Another sleeping option is available in the living area on a pull-out couch. You have direct access to the lake. Furthermore, there is the possibility of a cot and a high chair. Sup and canoe can be rented on site.
