Quiet but centrally located you can reach numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes in less than 2 minutes walk. Bavarian train station can also be reached in just an 8-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity is also the University Hospital of Leipzig. You can check in flexibly after 4 pm independently by key safe.

You can use the large garden behind the flat. Here you can relax in the sun or play a game of badminton. Parking is free on our own property. No children in connection with peace and quiet for other guests on the premises

Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
