Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Thuringia

It was just gorgeous. The apartment is significantly larger than it looks and so nice and quiet. The bed and couch are incredibly comfortable. (3 nights) We lacked nothing and even special requests were fulfilled, thank you again! We were sad to have to leave. Gladly come again 😚

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

A dream of a house. Idyllic location, tranquility in the forest. Rarely slept so well and went on vacation. The house is well equipped. Communication is straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful house in an ideal location! The house itself is vey beautiful, with renovated bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, that makes group meals much easier to handle. Also the stove was pretty new and worked well, and the grill in the terrace was clean. As for the rooms, they are big and bright. All commodities are provided to store clothing, and for a small extra bedding and towels were provided. The location is very peaceful and quiet, with a great view to the green environment and picturesque houses around. The communication with Christian was fast and very kind. He has the houses well organised, providing all sorts of information for them and the area, as well as caring for the balance of tourism and community. He was always fair and open about the house, and answered all our questions and setbacks within hours providing solutions. We were really happy to stay there and will further recommend it! We felt at home in SüdHarz.

Silke is a very nice hostess. She greeted us and guided us through the apartment. The apartment is totally cozy and superbly equipped. The beds are really great. We were only there one night but would have felt very comfortable for several days. Highly recommended!

An absolutely perfect vacation rental! Excellently equipped, sparkling clean and with incredibly friendly, helpful hosts who respond to requests. The location is a dream – right by the forest, wonderfully quiet and an unbeatable value for money. I'd stay again anytime!

Studio Rennsteig is ideal for 2 persons. It is a small, tastefully furnished, modern but cozy attic apartment. There is a spectacular view as the windows look directly into the forest. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is small but perfectly thought out. The house has a sauna: also perfect for persons 2 persons with music CD, candles and all comforts. The garden is located both in front of and behind the house and is perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of a beautiful meadow from the front yard. One of the things we liked the most is the location: As soon as you walk out the door, you are right in the forest and can take all kinds of walks. Katrin is very helpful, friendly and put a bottle of sparkling wine on the table! Will definitely be coming back!

We had a magical stay at Christina's place. The location is great for excursions to the countryside and the apartment is great for relaxing. If the bus connections were even better, it would be even more of a dream. But even so, it was magical.

Antje was an extremely friendly and accommodating hostess - my dogs were also pampered with petting and treats. She gave us tips for excursions and also informed us about the Veilchenfest and the Easter fire in the village. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. Large, flooded with light and the mattresses of the beds are very comfortable. Towels and bed sheets smelled heavenly. Right in the village there are 2 lakes that you can circle through a beautiful forest. It feels like a stone's throw to Leipzig and the surrounding lakes. As already written in previous comments, the furniture is a bit outdated, but we still felt very comfortable, as everything else was really perfect. Antje & Wolfram's attic apartment is highly recommended. It was a very nice week of vacation!
