Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

The semi-detached house is located in the center of the village of Pfaffendorf. On the property there is a double carport, a small lawn, as well as a terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer.
