O apartamento é bem equipado, confortável e muito bonito. A localização é boa, com transporte público e mercados/farmacia/restaurantes nas proximidades. A região é bem tranquila e silenciosa. Klaus sempre respondeu as minhas dúvidas rapidamente. Recomendo!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort! :) Erik ist ein toller Gastgeber, der proaktiv kommuniziert, auf Wünsche schnell eingeht und auch für jegliches Feedback dankbar ist. Das Haus ist modern, sehr gepflegt und wirklich toll ausgestattet! In der Nähe befindet sich das Tropical Islands, es gibt viel Natur und nach Berlin ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht allzu weit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne, große Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick! Unser Plan war Berlin zu erkunden was von Woltersdorf mit den Öffentlichen für uns sehr gut funktionierte. Es gibt eine gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Berlin ab Erkner mit der Bahn. Die Buslinie Nahe der Wohnung haben wir nicht ausprobiert , sind mit dem Auto bis Erkner und haben den kostenlosen P&R Parkplatz direkt beim Bahnhof genutzt. 👍 Familie Martin ist sehr sympathisch und angenehm. Alles in allem eine Reise, die uns viel Spaß gemacht hat!

Sehr geräumiges Appartment mitten im Zentrum von Cottbus. Restaurants und Geschäfte waren schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin stand jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würden dort jederzeit wieder Quartier beziehen.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Lage war echt super und der Wagon war schön von Wiesen umgeben. Die Einrichtung war super, vor allem das blaue Sofa hat uns gut gefallen. Das Ankommen war sehr herzlich und Livia und Johannes sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir waren über Ostern da und haben sogar ein kleines Ostergeschenk bekommen. Alles in allem also die perfekte Unterkunft zum Entspannen und Runterkommen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matthias’ Airbnb! Being in such a big city, this peaceful apartment lent some respite from busy days of touring and site seeing. Matthias was very communicative and responsive. He left some yogurts, fruit, granola, and plenty of coffee to enjoy for breakfast. He also left us some Easter treats since we were visiting over Easter! Such a sweet and welcoming gesture. Matthias had a binder with recommendations as well instructions on how to use the utilities in the house. The decor is unique and homey with an extensive record collection and many gorgeous house plants. I felt right at home and would love to stay here again when I come back to Berlin someday :)

Das Studio: Ein Zwischending zwischen Ferienwohnung und Arbeitsplatz. Anne und ihre Familie sind total nett; da ich das modern eingerichtete, im Grünen am Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee u. östliche Umgebung) gelegene Studio über Weihnachten und Silvester gemietet hatte (um dort online zu arbeiten), haben sie mich gleich zu den Weihnachtsfeierlichkeiten und auch zu Silvester eingeladen. Ich hätte auch die Kajaks nutzen können (war aber zu kalt). Im Sommer, wenn man draußen auf den 2 Terrassen und im Garten sitzen kann, muss es noch schöner sein. Für die Tür-zu-Tür-Verbindung vom Studio zur S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Warschauer Straße" brauchte ich inklusive 700 m Fußweg, Bus und S-Bahn exakt 50 Minuten. So lange ist man auch innerhalb Berlins unterwegs. Ein Auto ist dennoch von Vorteil. Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel bei Elke und ihrem Mann. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene 2 Kleinkinder und ein Baby. Es lief alles reibungslos und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen, uns wurden zusätzliche WC-Utensilien für die Kinder zur Verfügung gestellt und es wurde immer äußerst flexibel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnküche bot ausreichend Platz für alle Personen, die Küche war voll ausgestattet (sogar Kaffee inklusive!) Die sehr große Terrasse konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht zum Verweilen nutzen aber der Ausblick auf dem See war auch so sehr schön. Man konnte sich vorstellen, wie toll es im Sommer sein muss dort zu frühstücken. Kleinere Ausflüge zum Schwielochsee, der hinter dem Haus liegt und zum benachbarten Gutshaus (das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert und die Betreiber sind genauso nett und zuvorkommend) waren ideal für ein entspanntes Sylvester. Gerne wieder!

Es war sehr schön bei Peter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im großen Garten und im Pool. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein sehr schöner See mit Kiosk, da haben wir tolle Tage verbracht! Die Gegend ist extrem ruhig und die Nachbarn waren etwas empfindlich, wenn die Kinder etwas lauter waren. Aber im großen und ganzen hat alles wunderbar gepasst! Jederzeit gerne wieder!
