We stayed in Maitreyi's apartment for 1 week over New Year's Eve 2024 and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic district, is very cozy and super equipped. It is located near a museum worth seeing. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station. Susch is a centrally located starting point for excursions in the Engadine. We really enjoyed the time in Maitreyi's apartment and can highly recommend it. Andreas & Ursina

We had a great stay. We were here a few years ago, we liked it a lot and are very happy we managed to return. The flat is very nice (large, bright, with everything you need) and the location is beautiful.

Beautiful and extremely well-equipped apartment. There's nothing missing. Extremely well located for cross-country skiers. The cross-country trails are only a few meters from the house and the train station is also close. Despite the supposedly great distance to Maloja, it is also ideal for participants of the ski marathon. With the local guest card, public transport can be used very conveniently in parts. Check-in and check-out very straightforward, the host family is very nice. Communication is excellent. Thanks and see you soon!

We became aware of Lavin a few years ago and spontaneously felt comfortable there. That's why we booked this beautiful apartment a year in advance and didn't regret it. Steivan informed us in good time that the apartment was available earlier in the day. When we arrived, all rooms were cozy, warm, sparkling clean and tidy - we felt at home from the first minute. Since I love to cook and bake, it was a special pleasure that there is very good kitchen equipment, which I also liked to use every day. The bathroom, with the spacious shower and bathtub, is also a pleasure after a day of skiing or hiking. We were lucky again with the weather, so we were able to use the terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains a few times. We also immediately organized with Steivan to get access to the guest cards. Unfortunately, you can only drive to Ardez with it, to Scuol it costs extra. Clear recommendation!!! Grazia fich!!!
