Grazioso villino con giardino in contesto privato. Situato in zona porto, si trova a due passi dal mare e dal centro storico. La casa si sviluppa su due piani: Al piano terra si trovano ampio soggiorno, cucina abitabile, bagno con doccia, luminosa veranda e giardino privato. Al piano primo invece tre camere da letto -una delle quali con balcone- e un bagno con vasca. Sono inoltre disponibili due posti auto. L’alloggio è arredato e corredato. Charming cottage with garden in a private area, very close to the port, is just a few minutes away from the seashore and from the historic city centre. The house is on two floors: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, veranda and the private garden. On the first floor there are three bedrooms -one of them with a balcony- and a bathroom with bathtub. There are also two private parking lots. The accommodation is furnished and fully equipped.
