I had an absolutely amazing time at Hector’s Airbnb! The space had everything I needed and more comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. We felt right at home at Nima's place! We were there for about 10 days, and it suited our needs very well. Nima was wonderful to communicate with; he even personally delivered extra toilet paper when we were running out! The location made our stay so much more enjoyable. It felt like we were close to everything, with the highlight being historic Ybor city less than two miles away. The little touches in the unit were so nice, such as the outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The full kitchen was definitely a bonus to help us save some money not having to eat out for every meal. As noted in the listing, there are quite a few homeless people on the streets surrounding the apartment. Nima even reached out to me after I had booked to make sure I understood this. I can see why, as there really were quite a lot of people sitting on sidewalks and wandering around day and night. However, we never had any issues. This is the authentic reality of being in the heart of the city.

Had a great stay! I was on the fence before due to having bad experiences at other Airbnb but Andreas completely dispelled that for me. From checking in to cleanliness to overall vibe, I have no complaints! Will definitely be staying here for future trips 👍🏼

Very nice place in the suburbs of Tampa. Clean, quiet and a spacious shower. There was a mishap on my end when checking out, but Brian worked to help with the situation. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Tampa area ✅

This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
